My name is Kate Zaremba and I am a multidisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn, NY. I create bespoke wallpaper, textiles, hand painted murals, backdrops, and more. My work has been featured in Elle Decor, Domino, Dwell, House Beautiful, Country Living, The Times UK, The Washington Post, on television shows and commercials, book covers, among others. I kicked off my career in 2010 creating patterns for fashion designer Rachel Antonoff for her first three seasons. In 2021 I designed a standout collection of home goods for West Elm Kids. My collaborations extend into hospitality, fashion, food, housewares, advertising, interior design, and packaging.
Growing up as a child actress in New York and LA, I worked in Theatre and Television surrounded by sets, costumes, and imaginary worlds. This inspired me to pursue the visual arts in college where I earned a BFA in Interdisciplinary Art Studies and an MA in Exhibition Design. I have spent over a decade running Kate Zaremba Studio, creating artful backdrops for people's everyday lives, bespoke works of art, and collaborating with brands, interior designers, and architects.
My wallpaper and art adorn the walls of homes, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and offices all over the world.
