Buttercup grew out of a summer Kate spent in England with her daughters – picking wildflowers from fields and soaking in the shape of the buttercup itself. The pattern's layout pays quiet homage to her mother-in-law's Swedish heritage, giving the repeat a folky, almost folk-embroidery rhythm. Small and charming at just 3" wide by 4.11" tall per repeat, this hand-drawn design from the Trimmings collection layers sweetly in a bathroom, a nursery, or a breakfast nook – anywhere that earns a little sunshine. Trimmings was created by Kate in collaboration with House Friends Studio, a community for interior design and vintage lovers. Buttercup is printed on FSC-certified, PVC-free paper built to last up to 20 years when installed properly. It's pre-pasted and self-adhesive – soak in water and apply – and fully removable, making it a go-to for renters. Detailed instructions are included with every order. Pattern repeat: 3" w × 4.11" h.
